Martire’s enduring dedication to the union’s membership is underscored by his extensive tenure and steady advancement within LiUNA, reflecting years of unwavering commitment.

In addition to his management responsibilities within LiUNA’s Mid-Atlantic Region, Martire holds influential positions on various boards and committees, including the American High-Speed Rail Alliance Advisory Board, the Blue Ribbon Commission on Maryland Transportation Funding, and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), among others. Martire’s involvement also extends to vital bodies such as the Laborers’ Health and Safety Fund of North America (LHSFNA) and the Mid-Atlantic Laborers’ Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (MALECET), where he serves as a Trustee.

Martire’s leadership within LiUNA is further demonstrated by his roles as Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Organizing Coalition (MAROC) and Chairman of the Performance Management Committee.
